NOT confirmed. Is there anything special about the file you can't open?
1. A file inside it is also >4GB
2. There are more than 65535 files inside
3. Some special file names?

I backup Asphalt 8 v2.8.0n data file, use TC v9 (PC) internal zip packer.
First I pack with zip level 0 (stored only) = 2068MB file.
Can not open the zip file on my android device but can open in Windows 7.
Then I repack with zip level 9 (Max) = 1.85G file.
Can open the zip file on my android device and Windows 7 also.

Hmm, the headers need to contain all the correct sizes if the files are stored. Does the problem happen also with a small stored file? If yes, could you send me a sample file <1MB to support at ghiser dot com?
