TC 9.00 Beta 17 - tc7z.dll and tc7z64.dll

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Due to the necessity to fix a bug, 7-Zip has been updated at 2016-10-04 to version 16.04 - perhaps this should be taken into account for TC as well.

Is there any new feature that TC needs from newest 7Z.dll? Was 7Z unpacking code changed?

Nothing we need:

What's new after 7-Zip 16.03:
The bug was fixed: 7-Zip 16.03 exe installer under Vista didn't create
links in Start / Programs menu.
Some bugs were fixed in RAR code.
