16.10.16 Fixed: cm_LeftViewModeList, cm_RightViewModeList and cm_SrcViewModeList now accept a view mode number>0 or view mode name as parameter in button bar, starter menu, or internal command (32/64)

Why not also support 0 as parameter? - it could be very usefull with a button to easily reset all View Mode changes to <default>.

0 is what the function is originally meant for: open the menu of the commands. Just use cm_SrcViewMode0.
