RC3: Crash viewing .txt on network drive, Total7zip related

RC3: (Lister) Crash viewing .txt on network drive; Total7zip plugin related.
Windows 10 x64 {10.0.14393.321 (Win10 RS1)}
Not sure if this is the TC bug or the plugin itself.

1. Total7zip plugin is installed as lister plugin too.

Detect option is not provided.

2. Map the network drive via explorer.

3. Enter the network drive using TC and try viewing [F3] any .txt file.

4.a. TC RC3 x86:
- crashes with error message.

- may remain functional after 'OK' pressed, then .txt to be opened by Lister normally just at the time.

4.b. TC RC3 x64:
- just crashes without any error report.

5. NOTES:
No other file formats found affected.

Hmm. Just found: no errors I get if the file path/name does not contain any cyrillic character.

I cannot reproduce this. Testet with:
Windows 7 x64 sp1 og Windows 10 x64, 1607, version 10.0.14393, build 14393.351
Total7zip.wcx version 0.8.5.6
TC 9rc3 64bit and 32bit

Only Western Ansi characters in filename.
