Encryption support during sync operations

Hi

There was a reference in the Cloud plugin thread of implementing an on the fly encryption support.

I would re-phrase this and ask for an encryption/decryption support during sync operations. That way it would be possible to have a sync target in an encrypted form, regardless of it being on another local drive, network share or anything accessible by a filesystem plugin.
