Auto show sub-bar as menu on mouse move

I have many toolbar buttons each one show sub-bar as menu, to show each sub-bar i have to click on its button, is it possible when showing a sub-bar as menu then move over another button (linked to sub-bar), close current sub-bar and open the sub-bar menu of that button and so on.
Something like main menu bar, you don't have to click on each menu to open it, instead it is enough to click on any menu then all others are auto open on mouse move.
