synchronize bug: beep should sound after 2nd cycle ends

when synchronizing two directories,
a beep sounds after the "1st cycle" completes,
but, as you know, synchronizing demands than a 2nd cycle to be run afterwards in order for it to complete,
so I think that the beep should sound after that 2nd cycle completes too and not before
