Lister to Editor

I would like to have a key kombination (F4 for example) to
switch from the Lister (Text-File-Viewer)
to the same file in the Text-File-Editor (Standard Total Commander Text-Editor).

Yes, such feature would be very handy indeed! And, F4 is still available in Lister. Support++

I've already realized it with a script, but I support the idea that this feature be implemented internally

Yes, I missed this too.
Others have implemented this in different ways:
MetaPad has two extra buttons for launch with primary/secondary viewer.
SynWrite can have multiple entries of editors at the context menu of the text area.
... but F4 would be straight and simple.

I like this idea too, to have F4 work in Lister like in TC panel.
