History.txt typos, part i++

Post by *Hacker »

Hi Christian,
05.11.17 Fixed: 64-bit: Prevent plugins writting in Lazarus from crashing by changing the name for GetProp/SetProp to store control data from 'WinControl' to 'WinControlTC'. Changed plugin interface version reported by ListSetDefaultParams to 2.11 (64)

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

The above is fixed now. But:

There is:
19.10.17 Fixed: F5 copy - Enter -Background
There should be an additional space before "Background":
19.10.17 Fixed: F5 copy - Enter - Background

One more thing. History.txt says:
13.11.17 Added: wincmd.ini [Configuration] AutoUpdateCheckBeta=1: If set together with AutoUpdateCheck=1, new beta versions will be reported even when using a final version
I set AutoUpdateCheckBeta=1 in my config file. But, when enabling update checks in TC menu, TC sets AutoUpdateCheck to 2, not to 1, as History.txt says. So is there a mistake in History.txt, or should I change AutoUpdateCheck=2 to AutoUpdateCheck=1, to have it working with AutoUpdateCheckBeta=1?

Regards

It doesn't work like this. AutoUpdateCheck=1 is only set when using a beta version. When using a release candidate or final version, AutoUpdateCheck=2 is set.

You have to set
AutoUpdateCheck=1
and
AutoUpdateCheckBeta=1

manually to get informed about beta versions while using a release version.
