Help with Connecting to FTP: PORT failed, try PASV mode

I have a problem with connecting to FTP server for a long time. connects to the order in a dozen or so seconds and writes:

LIST
PORT failed, try PASV model
PASV

..and when it loads, there is an empty window on the server side.

Have you tried PASV mode?
