Multi-Threaded worker threads on FTP(S)/Network downloads

Hello,
Several other download programs, most notoriously "JDownloader2", are using several worker threads to download each file.
So, I would like to make the suggestion that TotalCommander ought also to use several worker threads per file. The download speed will be much faster.
I am talking about FTP and FTPS downloads, mainly, but it would also speed up any network download (Microsoft network shares, SAMBA/Linux etc.).
Any development of TC regarding speeding up network download via seveal worker threads would be awesome.
