In File Explorer on my PC the date and time for files modified is in the form dd-MMM-yyyy tt:hh:ss AM/PM where MMM is the first three letters of a month. On my PC the region is set to English (United States) and the date and time display formats are as I describe above.
Can I achieve this in Total Commander?
EDIT: I forgot to state that I have already installed the Extended English Menus for TC 9.12.

and a custom column view with a write date configured like this:
