Search by plugins ordering/removing

Searching by plugins is a bit clunky. Old-school perhaps one could say.
I cannot drag lines to reorder them. This makes sense in an OR search. I also cannot remove any lines except the last one. What if I have 10 lines and want to remove the first one?...
I suggest adding a vertical "..." to the left or right of each line where you can "grab" them and rearrange them. Drag one out of the window to remove.
