[DirSync] Jump to previous/next folder item

In Directory Synchronization, a really useful hotkey would be Ctrl+Up/Down to jump to the previous/next directory item in the list.
Currently, with a lot of files in a specific folder that can be handled in one go, one needs to scroll manually to the next directory item, which introduces the risk of missing it between all the files.
