Configuration dialog for WDX plugin interface

Post by *tbeu » 2019-01-07, 07:51 UTC

I have just learned that some content plugins have a configuration. Would it be possible to add an optional configuration dialog feature to the WDX plugin interface (similar as the WCX plugin interface already has)? Thanks for consideration. :?:
TC plugins: Autodesk 3ds Max Preview, Autodesk Revit Preview, FileInDir, ImageMetaData (JPG Comment/EXIF/IPTC/XMP), MATLAB MAT-file Viewer, SolidWorks Preview and more

Hmm, where would you put it? The other plugin types have logical locations to put these, but content plugins can be used in many locations.

It would fit naturally as Configuration button at the Content plugins dialog: Image: https://tbeu.de/forum/wdx_config.png
TC plugins: Autodesk 3ds Max Preview, Autodesk Revit Preview, FileInDir, ImageMetaData (JPG Comment/EXIF/IPTC/XMP), MATLAB MAT-file Viewer, SolidWorks Preview and more
