TC deletes to recycle bin via OLE2. It can crash due to some shell extensions or a damaged OLE2 subsystem.

Do you also get a crash when you just open the right click context menu (Shift+F10)?

No, it won't crash if I just open the content menu. In fact, my current workaround is to click the right button of mouse and delete the files by clicking the delete from the content menu. It won't crash by doing that.
