Proposal – arbitrary default columns

I propose to remove obligation of default Name and Extension columns. 
They have their counterparts in optional columns so there is no need to making them unremovable.
Furthermore they are somehow faulty in comparison to optional counterparts.
So they are not necessary, they are faulty and it is not sure anyone would ever need them all the time.
