Total Commander

I've searched for a folder using Windows 10 search function inside windows explorer and I've renamed that folder inside the search results. After doing this I was unable to see that folder inside total commander.

Maybe you have enabled the option in "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Refresh" -> "Don't react to updates while in the background" - try and disable it and do a similar operation in Explorer again...
