New TC column: tc.IsLink to fix delayed colorization of link types on distant drives

Currently using [=tc.file type] to colorize link type (junction, symbolic dir, symbolic file) of folders and files, but it is not instant and can be very slow while browsing distant NAS drives for instance.
But it seems that TC can determine and show up instantly, without any delay a linked file, regardless its type in the default size column: <LNK>
For more details, see this topic: https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=56947&sid=e3332836c03e6c171a49d8aff6734b1b
So, to fix that problem, requesting a new tc column value: (to return if a file or dir is a <LNK> or not, regardless the type of link)
tc.IsLink
with possible answers:
Yes
No
