Folder with custom icon not showing

Hi, I'm using a sync/cloud software named Nextcloud.
When it creates a local folder, it applies a custom icon.
With that icon applied, the folder won't show in TC, it's only when I go back to a standar icon via Properties, that it shows ok.
Any hints? Am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks a lot

Go to TC Configuration-> Options -> Icons.
Have you turned on overlay icons? What about icons for special folders?

If the icon is set via a Desktop.ini file in the folder, then the folder has to be marked as either read-only or system for the folder icon to show. Maybe your Nextcloud software sets the system attribute for the folder and you have not enabled viewing of system files ("Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Display" -> "File display" -> "Show system files")

Some apps also set hidden attribute, so you can try displaying hidden files too if showing system files doesn't help.
I recommend changing the attribute to read only instead, then you can hide system/hidden files again.

It was System Files. I really thought that I was seeing all but it was only hidden.
