Create CRC checksums: option "always use UTF-8 for names" not always work

When both options "Always use UTF-8 for names" and "Create separate checksum files for each file" are selected, contents in checksum files are not encoded in UTF-8 but in system default encoding.

Thanks for reporting that, I can confirm it. It works for the other two methods (Seaparate for each folder or just one checksum).
