Due to the fact, that a new generation of products appear on the market with PPC2003SE, wouldn't it be a real improvement, replacing the "virtual 2 windows" into a "true 2 windows mode" while in landscape mode.

There is already a true 2 window mode, but with 2 windows above each other. I'm not sure whether it's a good idea to have them side by side in landscape mode, but I will check how it looks like and decide then. It is already supported for devices with a keyboard - for example, my Sharp Windows CE 2.0 device has a 640x240-screen (half VGA).

And what about RealVGA mode? Chris, take a look on this picture. I think "Norton Commander style" (2 windows side-by-side) will fit very well, 'cause there is a lot's of space next to each window...

hi all.

YES i would love the two windows beside each other AND real true vga support PLEASE.

then it would be as excellent as on handheldpc's. the pocketpc version at the moment is so uncomfortable to use for me :( and i hate to see that resolution vasted (i have a vga ppc, the htc universal :) )....

would gladly beta test!!! oh and i've read the changelogs and can1t find any indication for these implementations.
