Cloud Plugin: Sharepoint Access?

Post by *dy/dx »

Hallo,

Hi Michael,

What do you need for testing SharePoint access?

Best Regards,

https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/office/hinzuf%C3%BCgen-und-synchronisieren-von-geteilten-ordnern-auf-onedrive-8a63cd47-1526-4cd8-bd09-ee3f9bfc1504

Sorry, this doesn't work for me, with Office365 Sharepoint. In the OneDrive web app, I can see my local OD folders, and I can see "shortcuts" to Sharepoint folders. However, these shortcuts are not shown through the TC Cloud Plugin, whereas all local OD folders are shown. The same is true with other third-party apps (e.g. cloudHQ, Multcloud), which can access my OneDrive account - they also do not see the shortcuts. But they do support separately connecting to my Sharepoint files using the same corporate authentication as the OneDrive.

Can you please consider adding Sharepoint support to the Cloud Plugin? Thank you

Dear Mr. ghisler,

are you planning to work on the usability of TC together with the MS365 SharePoint ?
It would be a great value if TC is capable of working together with the SharePoint.
Thanks for your feedback.

Currently I don't see a way to do that.

If your company has a Sharepoint contract with Microsoft, maybe you can ask them why the method described in the above link no longer works. Here is the same page in English:

I will try to get the point concerning the described method and try my best to get some more hints from IT. I have two companies behind, so maybe I can dig some infos. Best regards and 73 as we #HAMRADIO people use to say….
