[9.51x86] TC shows full-sized thumbnails in Overwrite confirmation

If one set large thumbnail size, Overwrite dialog may become larger than screen so controls will be behind the screen. 
This should be easy to fix - limit max preview image dimensions in Overwrite dialog and scale larger ones.
