I know, but I consider my question to him off-topic there.

That is, you created a theme not to find a solution, but only to find what you would like to see in the program interface?
Believe me, if the author wanted to do this by default, he would have done it a long time ago, and would not have had to create additional tools.
i was thinking that we visit a forum to fount answers and no to accuse others with bad assumptions

The answer was given in the second post. I'm asking a question, not accusing, especially of some bad assumptions. What does your assumptions have to do with it at all?

The only thing you can be accused of is overquoting.

You started demagoguery yourself. If you had a task to get a solution, then you would asking questions on the topic regarding the above tools, but apparently you are not interested in the solution.

Sorry, but who still uses unzip .exe ?
Thats a tool from the time zip was the major archiving format (2005)
and Zip/Unzip where the free tools to handle it.

2horst.epp:
May I ask why you (and some other users) have to write a post that has nothing to do with the topic of that particular post (your posts are completely off-topic)? You (and some others) always have to make look people stupid (any you all as the best/the smartest/etc..). Please don't do that. My suggestion was clear. If you don't have anything constructive to say then please don't reply. You (with some other 5 or so people) are the reason why I hate to write to this forum.

For example your answers here: https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=77819
Or to my post: https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=422078#p422078 Just read your answers: completely off-topic. I wrote 'F3 media player' and you answer with 3rd party players etc. Stick to the point.

Need more?

Mr. Ghisler: please do something. I am sure other uses can say the same about some people here.

Thank you.

Its not off topic because the tools I mentioned are using the same LAV filters which TC internal playing uses.
If you don't know much about the details don't blame me.

@Horst.Epp is really boring with his annoying or offtopic comments. He should usually be ignored, but he is somehow right in this case.

You haven't provided any info about your Windows version and unzip version. Anyone may suspect that it is a buggy and outdated tool, which probably doesn't support Unicode and newest encryption/compression methods.

Total Commander has NO magical crystal ball to guess what features are supported by your tools and what features you want to use. It is only YOU who should know needed compression settings and properly configure TC to use them.
You can enter any zip file in TC, browse it like a directory and press Alt+Enter on any compressed file to see info about compression method used. You can pack/unpack zip files using TC without any external tools. What is more, many people stopped using pkzip/pkunzip/zip/unzip tools and zip format long time ago - they use 7-zip instead (you can see many reports about problems with encoding of filenames in zip archives - in this forum and in the Internet).

Says who?
I find that a very harsh statement for someone who helps many users every day.

PS:
For a candidate as moderator or already moderator, I can imagine a different way of speaking,
as is already used here in the forum by other moderators.

select other type of compression method if required.
What makes you think that the compression and encryption algorithm are the same thing?

FFS, people, what is happening to you? Especially regulars with 1000+ posts, what's with the arrogance? We are not here to be mean to each other, we are not here to belittle each other. Is this the mood you want in this forum? Since when? This has always been one of the most welcoming forums on the internet, where everyone, no matter if the question has been asked a 100 times already, is helped with a smile and a positive attitude. Do you really want to change that? This is the first time that I remember where the regulars (and Fla$her) are bickering so harshly, uselessly and not knowing when to stop, that I felt I had to step in. Stop it FFS. You all are better than this.
