Android TV: TCL 43P715 Cortex-A55 install is failing

Can not install tcandroid311-arm64v8a.apk on the above Android TV.
Has anyone else been able to install on a similar device?
Needed so I can get Paragon exFAT/NTFS to work on the device .
Currently 32Gb is largest flash drive. 64GB Fat32 (64k sectors ) flash fails as does NTFS 64Gbye and 128Gbyte.
