[Implemented] Configurable minimum duration for saving playback position

In the new DirectShow media player in Lister I suggest that the option to save last playback position of the last played tracks longer than 10 minutes should be configurable, so the user can set the minimum time.

I will add an option to the ini, probably section [Lister].
