Use folder icon from IconLib= as default icon in buttonbar

current behaviour:
if you move folder to a buttonbar it gets the default folder icon from "%COMMANDER_PATH%\TOTALCMD64.EXE,1".
suggestion:
use the "folder".icon (icon index 2) from the custom "IconLib" if it is defined in the [Configuration] section.
you could even use the "shared folder"-icon (icon index 6) if the folder moved onto the buttonbar is a network folder (UNC-path).
