Cannot see Folders copied to USB Stick (exFAT) on my Mac and moved to my PC - Explorer shows them fine

I have a USB stick formatted as exFat on my PC
Went to my Mac and copied some files and folders
Move stick to PC
Can see the files, but none of the folders. Explorer shows the files and scanning with Defender by clicking on drive icon in TC indeed does scan all the folders file so TC does see everything but does not display the folders..
