Synchronize Directories: Indicate permanent delete in confirmation dialog title

In Synchronize Directories it's possible to delete files permanently by pressing a Shift key while pressing Yes in a "Confirm delete" confirmation dialog.
This feature is not that obvious (and is not even mentioned on "Dialog box: Synchronize directories" help page). So to indicate it, I suggest while the Shift is pressed on opened delete confirmation dialog, to change its title from"Confirm delete" to "Confirm delete (Permanently delete)".
