Currently Help pages writes following on Find Files window closing:

'Find files: General' help page wrote:Cancel Interrupts the search process or closes the dialog box. The position of the dialog box is saved automatically when it is closed.

I think it is important to describe also the difference for attached search results window when closing Find Files window with Cancel and Close ([x]) buttons:
When dialog is closed with Cancel button (Esc from keyboard), search results are saved and restored next time Find Files appears while Total Commander is opened. Closing Find Files with Close button or with (Alt+F4 from keyboard) will not save search results for next Find Files start.
