Hi.

After having used the Change Folder menus for years, I have populated it with several dozens of entries in multiple subfolders. Even though I keep it well arranged, an incremental search box at the top of the Folder selection drop-down list would be really handy to quickly filter & select a specified folder (of which I certainly remember parts of its name but browsing several subfolders to pick it is much slower).

Not sure what you are referring to. I talk about the custom list that opens with Ctrl-D or the "*" button at the top-right ofboth panels (next to the "v" Recent folders button).

An incremental search for this list to pick a folder nested inside submenus would be great and much faste than using Directory Tree (Alt-F10).

--> TC > Ctr+D > Configure... > F1 > Help talks about "directory menu"
--> TC > F1 > Help Index > 3. Operation >> a. User interface > talks about "Directory Hotlist"

And what does it say in the Help text when you hover that button? here it says "Directory hotlist (Ctrl+D)" when I run TC with Englisg language.

It is a standard Window menu, AFAIK is such a search box not possible here.
