Better plugins configuration UI

The UI of lister/content plugin configuration is not handy.
I never use "add". The "rename" is always disabled and I don't have a clue what it rename and when it will be enabled.
"remove" and "change order" is the only 2 practical buttons. You can't even edit the support file type & EXT in that dialog! Edit the INI file directly is almost the only practical way when you try to tweak plugins settings.
The packer assoication using string like "277,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\Wcx\Zip2Zero\zip2zero.wcx" is ok for INI, but strange in a modern software UI. I don't know what 277 mean unless I call the help file.
