How to change Cursor background color or border style?

Hello,
I'm able to change:

• Cursor color (it affects solid border around selection) Image: https://i.ibb.co/DCLbpG1/image.png

But can't figure out how to:

• Cursor background color (only using Windows theme Image: https://i.ibb.co/NjHPgDV/image.png)
• Cursor border style (in default it's dotted black Image: https://i.ibb.co/18wNQW3/image.png)

The cursor color is defined by Windows as long as you have the option "use Windows theme for cursor" checked. It's in the same dialog.

No, unfortunately not. You can either use a different background color for selected files, or for the cursor, but not both (only when using the Windows transparent cursor).
