"Skip all" cancels entire pasting process

Post by *elucidate »

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to paste the entire contents of one folder of my USB drive into the internal storage of my OnePlus 8T, using the TC Android app.

Where filenames clash, or the existing destination file/folder is read-only, I want Total Commander to skip that file. However, when I press "Skip all", TC just cancels the entire process.

Why is this happening?

I have tried to reproduce it, but it works as it should. Maybe I did something different?
Here is what I tried:
1. Long click on a folder, e.g. folder "test" in /storage/emulated/0/Download
2. Choose "Copy to clipboard"
3. Go to destination, e.g. /storage/emulated/0/Documents
4. Long click on ".." and choose "Paste here (copy)"
5. Delete some files from the pasted folder
6.Repeat steps 1 to 4
7. Choose "Skip all"
-> the files I deleted in step 5 have been re-added, only the files which were already present have been skipped.
