Create a shortcut in the (use) startup folder:
  • IN TC's command prompt, type the following and press ENTER

    Code: Select all

    cd %$STARTUP%
  • In that folder right-click in the empty space and from the context menu choose New > Shortcut.
  • Browse to your TOTALCMD64.exe and click OK
Start it minimized
  • Right-click the shortcut you just created
  • From the context menu choose Properties
  • Go to the Shortcut tab
  • In the Run box, select Minimized
  • OK
  • Done!
Next time you log in, TC will automatically be started minimized.

@developer: Why are there no icons shown in the New context menu?
(At least in TC; they are shown in File Explorer and other file managers)

EDIT: Ah, I see: the text is different too. It's a home-made solution ..

Thanks, I'll try that.
I thought TC may have had a setting that would accomplish this.
