Wifi transfer plugin with ethernet connection

My TV is connected to TP-LINK router with ethernet for stable connection, but the wifi transfer plugin cannot start, so I have to disable ethernet and connect the TV to the router with wifi although they are actually within the same subnet. I am wondering if it is possible to update the plugin to share files with ethernet connection. Thanks.

Isn't the LAN plugin for that purpose?

The WiFi/WLAN plugin does support LAN too. I have just tried it with my Galaxy S10e with a USB to Ethernet adapter. You can even switch between 2 QR codes when you have enabled both WLAN and Ethernet.
Can you see the IP address in Total Commander? You will need to add a button with command 133.
It should show something like this:
IPv4=192.168.1.x (eth0), 192.168.1.y (wlan0)
