Solved [TC 10.50b3] Intense flickering in file panel under certain circumstances

If I have a View Mode with a background color enabled in one file panel and I have the Tree (Ctrl+F8) displayed in the other panel , then if I click on a file or folder and start dragging up or down, there is intense flickering seen in the panel. It is seen the best if there are only a few items in the opened file panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start TC with these ini-file settings:

04.05.22 Fixed: Drag&Drop: Reduce heavy flickering when dragging a file while the target panel showed a directory tree, e.g. when using a view mode with background color (32/64)
