The colour is currently hard-linked to: "Configuration" --> "Colour" --> "Others" --> "Dark mode: text colour".
Separating colour of outlines from the text will allow less contrast-y DarkMode with the readable text.
Currently user has to make a choice: readable text and overly busy outlines around every single control or a dim text and less irritating UI.
The problem is not visible in the regular, "bright" mode.

Confirmed, works. Splitting this setting into several different areas would be a nice bonus
