Background 2: Define a different color for all even lines.

Configuration - View Mode
Background 2: Background color of the file panel for odd lines.

It looks like the even lines are correct for View mode.

No, it really is reversed:
Background 2 in Configuration - Color sets the color for all even lines (0, 2, 4 etc.)
Background 2 in Configuration - View Mode sets the color for all odd lines (1, 3, 5 etc.)

It's really strange, but no one seems to have noticed for many years...
