show progress bar in taskbar when searching

suggestions:
- show progress bar on the taskbar when searching (no need to know real progress, but to know that operation is going on (show a visible progress bar at the beginning)). (this is implemented in some FS plugins but it's not certain)
- searching in archives (enter password): show orange (paused) progress bar in taskbar on main TC window and/or flashing taskbar button on password window.
- skip password-protected archives when searching in archives so that you won't get stuck at the beginning with the "enter password" window.
- show progress on taskbar when searching for duplicates (compare by contents).

it is required! or any solution to skip password-protected archives.
before 8.0 it skipped password-protected archives, and now it stops the process

it is.
check it.
actually it should not skip any archives, but for me, it's an advantage.
i encrypted them not to search in them.
it's better than stop on every archive, and click ok/cancel, or away from keyboard, and realize that search stopped on 1% and waiting your input.

and yellow taskbar button on search stop/finish would be nice too.
