When I use the Synchronize directories function, I hope I can use beyond compare to compare differences, not just F3, shift F3

The following wincmd.ini entry does it for me
CompareTool="C:\Tools\Beyond Compare 2\BC2.exe"
Ctrl-F3 in the sync dir or context menu on the files to compare.

They want to call a compare tool from within synchronize dirs. This can be done via wincmd.ini
[Configuration]
CompareTool=c:\path\to\beyondcompare.exe

I know you can use beyond compare in this way, but I think you may have misunderstood my problem. I want to compare different items of folders with the folder comparison tool built in TC, and then call beyond compare to compare the selected items in this interface. Is this possible?

Yes, when you double click on a pair of files in the sync tool in Total Commander, it will open the two files in "beyond compare" when you use the CompareTool option.
