[SOLVED] Old filename encoding (probably Windows-1250 or ISO-8859-2) in FTP.

My question is:
How to set the filenames' character encoding in Total Commander?

I couldn't download 10 files -- from an FTP-server -- with Hungarian accents: 1 .gif file and 9 .doc files.
At first, I tried to download the files with FileZilla.
I couldn't even rename the files with FileZilla.

The FTP-server's administrator told me to use Total Commander because
it either detects automatically the filenames' character encoding or
the filenames' character encoding can be given by me.

The FTP-server's administrator also said that
FileZilla only supports UTF-8 filename character encoding.

Total Commander haven't detected correctly
the filenames' character encoding and
Total Commander could't download the files.

My question is:
How to set the filenames' character encoding in Total Commander?

The Hungarian accented letters are:
