Support for parameters 8 and 9 for CM_*UNSORTED

It would be logical if the parameters 8 and 9 would likewise be supported for the CM_*UNSORTED command.

CM_*UNSORTED aren't toggle switches, they don't support sorting in ascending and descending order as the others. That's why they don't support any parameters either.

OK - it is not a big deal - I can just use any of the other CM_*BY* commands with 8 and 9 - it just seemed logical to me that any command that affects the sort order should support parameters 8 and 9.
