right now you have a different contextmenu when you right-click a button in the buttonbar that is shown as a menu.
sometimes it's useful to have 'delete/copy/cut' accessible in the menu itsel like in the regular button option.

Until then you can Shift+click on the button, then it will be shown as a buttonbar, where you can delete/copy/cut the items from the right-click menu.
