[tc10.51rc3] compare - binary 32bytes - search when text doesn't fit in window

* Select 2 files and select menu File/Compare by Content.
* Click the Binary checkbox and select 32 bytes.
* Resize the window to make sure the normal text at the right of the hex codes is not visible.
* Search for something you know is in the file.
* Scroll the text into view.
* The blue underlining of the found text is displayed at the wrong place.

Confirmed, binary search doesn't support horizontal scrollbars. I will try to fix it.

28.08.22 Fixed: Compare by content, binary mode: Underlines for found text were shown in the wrong location when using a horizontal scrollbar (32/64)
