[fixed] STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED (admin.share: C$/D$/E$/....)

Latest available beta 3.40b4d
When I try to open via SAMBA my shared laptop's logical disks (admin.share: C$/D$/E$/....)
I am getting error STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. Which WAS NOT earlier available for me(((
on a prev.version 3.40b2d!

Btw, HOW I can save|restore ALL settings - as internal TC's so and my bookmarks, LAN shared URLs, etc
P.S. Hmmm, looks like LAN settings are belong to LAN plugin - not to TC itself. Because after delete/install from scratch 3.40b2d I still see the LAN sections and still see this error.. Maybe the plugin itself was somehow updated???

Sorry - Sorry - wrong point!
The reason is in reg.key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
DWORD-32 entry LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy and its value: 1
Somehow it was removed - which is equal to LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy=0, which in turn it means:
no longer to allow connecting to administrative shares via Workgroup network using local accounts
