Memorize the sort at the same time as the directory

Hello,

When storing one or two directories and accessing them via the menu, is it possible to configure TC so that it also stores the sort order?

You would have to make View Mode(s) with the sort order(s) you want, and then make Auto Switch Mode(s) for those directories.

Alternatively you can open those directories in Folder tabs (Ctrl+T) and save the settings.

If you don't want those Folder tabs permanently open, you can save them to a file - ad later retrieve them for example with the command APPENDTABS filename or OPENTABS filename - you can use those commands in a button or in the Directory hotlist.

You can also just right clisk on any folder tab and choose Load tabs from file...
