Compare content: make the button Next or Previous inactive if no more differences

Two buttons in this dialog "Next difference" and "Previous difference" can be made inactive (grey and non-interactive) when we reach the last or first difference, correspondingly. This will help to compare large files.
Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, TC 11.03(RC). Mobile: Pixel 5a, Android 14, TC 3.42b5
