Google drive plugin beta available with major changes

A new beta version of my Google drive plugin is available now, with major changes
- show "computers" folder (backup from desktop app). For this to work, they need to have the word "computer" somewhere in the name
- support for links to files and folders
- switched from Apache client to OkHttp client
- show notification icon during active connection
- support for Android 13
